Many of the items are damaged so be sure to inspect well before purchasing. Maybe I missed something, outlets are great but some of the stuff in here looked like it has been used and abused for years, returned and put out on the sales floor at outrageous prices.Ī lot of stuff jammed into too little of a space makes it hard to maneuver. Be prepared to pick up your item when you buy it (bring a truck if you want something like chairs or a bookcase). That said, you can find some really good deals. Its a warehouse for scratch and dent/overstock items, etc. It isnt the type of outlet that has a bunch of brand new things produced specifically for an outlet type store. If you’re looking for genuine help, GO ELSEWHERE!!! Or at least request someone with some type of empathy. Its a real outlet store, so know that going in. Have you ever tried being on a video call with a screaming, sick child? Or when you have a fe ver and can’t breathe because you’re constantly coughing uncontrollably? Sure, there’s a 48hr *cancellation* period, but HOW DO YOU PREVENT YOURSELF FROM GETTING COVID?! Should the next couple just come in anyways or sit through an almost $200 zoom call while they’re miserable and their baby has cried for days, sick? Disappointed to say the very least as this was one of the more expensive places to choose from and we were REALLY looking forward to this. All about the money!! 1 year old and S/O were sick, exposed to COVID (S/O tested positive) so I emailed Candace and asked to reschedule, NOT cancel, reschedule (ya know, because of the pandemic?) and instead would only do a zoom call (again, with COVID? And a sick baby that was exposed to COVID?!) Short as can be and 10 minutes later charged my card almost $200.
